Bookkeeping Services Offered:

Full Charge Bookkeeping

The daily and weekly bookkeeping tasks include: accounts receivable and payable (billing and invoicing), general ledgers, reconciliation's, payroll, monthly and quarterly taxes, and monthly financial statements.

Accounts Receivable and Payable Journals

Our bookkeepers will prepare and send out your monthly receivable billings, and manage your cash receipts. We classify and process all your payable invoices. Both journals will be reconciled each month, and aging reports generated. In addition, we offer a computerized check writing service.

General Ledgers

This is the foundation of your business. All the other journals and sub ledgers are influenced by the general ledger. The financial statements, the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss (Income Statement), are drawn from your general ledger, so accurate maintenance is crucial.

Reconciliation's

All bank and/or credit card accounts will be reconciled monthly. Again, proper and accurate maintained accounts are critical.

Payroll

Our bookkeepers will set up all employee records. Whether your employees are salary or hourly, payroll checks can be processed weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the pay period.

Monthly Financial Statements

All statements are designed for your unique business: Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow, Receivables and Payables Reports, and Year End Reports, as well as any comparison reports.
