Yates, CPA, (mark@markyatescpa.com)-  Mark is a graduate of Auburn University with over 25 years of tax and accounting experience, including working at the IRS.  Mark is responsible for all areas of accounting and taxation. Rachel Bledsoe, CPA,  (rachel@markyatescpa.com)- Rachel is an MBA graduate of Kennesaw State University with over 10 years of experience in tax, accounting, and forensic accounting.  Rachel is responsible for all areas of accounting and income tax preparation  including compilation and review. Libby Haygood, CPA, (libby@markyatescpa.com)- Libby is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with over 15 years of experience specializing in small business accounting, start ups, tax planning, and compilation and review.  Libby has worked for several reputable firms in the Atlanta area. Bridget Dunk, CPA, (bridget@markyatescpa.com)- Bridget graduated Summa Cum-Laude at the University of Memphis and has worked for several CPA firms including Arthur Andersen and Bridges & Dunn-Raken, LLP in Atlanta. Bridget specializes in personal income tax preparation, back taxes, non-profit tax preparation,  and tax planning.  Bridget is also responsible for back taxes, tax extensions, and IRS issues. Linda Henderson, (linda@markyatescpa.com)- Linda is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  She is responsible for QuickBooks support, training and troubleshooting, payroll administration, and payroll consultation. Linda is also responsible for the office billing. Elisa Gilner, (elisa@markyatescpa.com)- Elisa is a graduate of the State University of NY at New Paltz.  Elisa's responsibilities include Customer Relations, preparation of business and personal tax returns,  filing the paperwork associated with the incorporation process, and assistance with any IRS or State issue.   Elisa is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Debra Brooks, (debra@markyatescpa.com) - Debra's responsibilities include Quick Books bookkeeping and data entry.
